Refunds are only available from Dreamfantasy11 in the following circumstances:

No transaction cancellation is allowed after it has been confirmed. Nevertheless, Dreamfantasy11 retains the right to permit a user to cancel a transaction and receive a reimbursement for the money paid. In order to cancel a payment, the Member must send an email to Dreamfantasy11 within 48 hours of the payment being made. After that, Dreamfantasy11 will not be able to return any money. At its sole discretion, Dreamfantasy11 may return the funds to the Member after deducting any applicable cancellation fees and taxes.

However, if you charge a transaction on the Dreamfantasy11 Platform to your card or bank account and the money isn't credited to your Dreamfantasy11 wallets 48 hours after the transaction is finished, please let us know by sending an email to intrapoweritsolutionprivatelim@gmail.com using your registered email address. Include the following information in the email: the transaction ID, the date, the transaction value, and the cellphone number.

If Dreamfantasy11 discovers that money has been processed to your credit card or bank account without the balance in your Dreamfantasy11 wallet being delivered, you will receive your money back within 5-7 business days of receiving your email. All of the refunds will be credited to your Dreamfantasy11 wallet.
